Reiki is the core and energetic intelligence of a session I create to support the letting go of stored stress, emotional tension and energetic blockages, allowing your system to rewire for safety, balance and flow.

This is not simply “energy work”, it’s a welcoming for your whole being to calm, open & ground. You’ll be guided into a completely relaxed state where your body’s inherent healing intelligence can reprogram, regulate & restore itself.

WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR FIRST SESSION

Each session is uniquely weaved by your nervous system & energy field, allowing space to soften, let go, and come back to regulation.

Holding the Space

Each session, you’ll be fully clothed & laying down in a comfortable position:

In person, you’ll rest face down on a comfortable massage table in my Healing Room

How the Session Flows

Each session starts with a chakra scan & intuitive energetic Reading to sense where your system may be holding stress, depletion or stagnation. These unconscious patterns may affect the body’s ability to regulate, heal & stabilise.

In person, I work with soft, intentional touch on & above your body to guide nervous system regulation & energetic flow.

WHILST IN A SESSION YOU MAY EXPERIENCE

-Subtle body movements, twitches or contractions

-Deep relaxation/peace

-Emotional release from laughter, tears, screams or any sounds

-Energy/sensations or heat moving through the body

-Intuitive insights or a sense of deeper connection to your self

Each session is different, just like you. Some people go inward, experiencing subtle shifts, stillness or emotion. While others process through sensation, communicating, journalling, or even movement. There’s no right or wrong way to experience healing.

Try your best not to compare your journey to someone else’s. This is about learning how your body communicates, releases & restores harmony.

Reiki

Reiki is a subtle, non-invasive healing modality that supports the body’s natural healing ability to regulate, repair & restore itself. This process can be felt immediately after a session, days later or sometimes not at all. But you can rest assured, something has shifted. It also depends how sensitive you are as a human. Again, there is no right or wrong way to experience healing. Every session & body/mind system is uniquely different.
